Key Responsibilities:

• Performance Optimization: Optimize website speed, performance, and scalability through techniques like caching, CDN integration, and code optimization.
• Security: Implement and maintain WordPress security best practices, perform regular security audits, and fix vulnerabilities.
• Troubleshooting & Debugging: Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner across all WordPress installations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, SEO experts, and content teams to deliver high-quality projects on time.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends and best practices in WordPress development, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and emerging technologies.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years of professional experience as a WordPress Developer.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and PHP.
• Expertise in WordPress theme development.
• Strong knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Front-End Development: Solid experience in front-end development, with the ability to translate design mockups into pixel-perfect WordPress themes.
• WooCommerce Experience: Ability to build and customize eCommerce functionality using WooCommerce.
• Version Control: Experience with Git or similar version control systems.
• SEO Best Practices: Knowledge of on-page SEO techniques and best practices for website optimization.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with popular page builders such as Elementor, Beaver Builder, or WPBakery.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum development practices.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
