Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveying Engineer located in Qesm Heliopolis. The Quantity Surveying Engineer will be responsible for supervising construction projects, conducting land surveys, applying civil engineering principles, utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, and performing inspections. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Requirements
- Supervisory Skills and Inspection experience
- 5- 8 years of experience
- Land Surveying and Civil Engineering skills
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work on-site in Qesm Heliopolis/ New Cairo
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
- Experience in the real estate or construction industry
