Job Description

Receptionist Responsibilities: 

  • Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person at the office.
  • Answer, and forward incoming phone calls are directed to the right extension.
  • Maintain the diary and arrange appointments as necessary.
  • Type reports and routine correspondence from dictation or written sources.
  • Supervise the collection and delivery of incoming and outgoing mail to ensure that it is delivered to the correct addresses, internally and externally.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (pens, forms and brochures).
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.

Page moderator Responsibilities:

  • Manage and moderate the social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, Website, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, you tube, tik tok, and additional channels.
  • Manage and monitor customer interactions by ensuring timely responses to all feedback, comments, messages, reviews and visitors posts.
  •  Create ad, select keywords, create targeting audience and monitor ad performance to ensure a positive ROI.
  • Produce reports on relevant moderation statistics, issues and outcomes
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
  • Measure the success of every media campaign by data analytics.
  • generating, editing, publishing, and sharing daily content (original text, images, and videos) that builds customer engagement
  • Creating and provoking conversations to encourage the community to engage
  • Handle and deliver complains and deliver a solution to customers  
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities.
  • Moderating comments & messages and follow up with customers to achieve customer satisfaction. 
  • Building a knowledge base for clients’ FAQ’s

Job Requirements

  • BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations.
  • Must Have Experience As a Social Media Moderator.
  • Experience in all social media Platforms.
  • Experience in dealing with social, and digital campaigns and applications as well.
  • Creative.
  • Very good in Customer Service.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Minimum Experience: From 2-3 years of experience
