technology in the treatment and healthcare industry and giving the best quality of care by
assisting our patients in their recovery journey and helping them get back to their normal lives
faster.
We are looking to hire an active Senior E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist to join the
ecommerce team, to work on international business opportunities and diverse market. The ideal
candidate is one who is ready to roll their sleeves and adapt to the fast-paced growth.

Senior Fulfillment Specialist Responsibilities:

• Follow-up with orders fulfillment, delivery, and the warehouse processes in a
  timely, efficient manner.
• Track all orders via delivery software.
• Maintain inventory levels, stay alert when in need of restocking and make
  replenishments on time with manufacturers.
• Document, analyze, and improve demand and supply planning processes.
• Maintain E-Commerce customer relationships by helping to process client
  quotations and transactions.
• Contribute to the implementation of systems for increasing E-Commerce
  customer
• retention alongside other Client Services Team members.
• Assist the Marketing and Sales Team with special requests (i.e. expedited orders,
   sample requests, etc.).
