Job Description
Inspection & audit Manager is required at Kanawat for trading and distribution (Samsung & Nokia Distributor – Kanawat Stores - Home Appliances ) Nasr city - Cairo:
- Conducting audit to ensure compliance for company policies, procedures & regulatory requirements are being followed & correctly implemented.
- On-going assessment and monitoring of work-flow, awareness &knowledge of all regulations set by company internal process.
- Identifies, recommends, and implements systems to minimize loss of merchandise, Financial, or company assets.
- Conducts periodic inspections of stores and branches to ensure compliance with company policies , procedures , surveillance and security equipment is functioning properly.
- Perform cash audits and deposit investigations to fully account for store/branch cash.
- Conduct and Participate all internal investigations, external theft and other criminal occurrences within company (HQ, Warehouse, stores and distribution branches) . This includes incidents of employee theft, robbery, burglary, etc. Prepares a detailed report accordingly.
- Investigate critical cases to identify and implement solutions and ensure that processes meet company and customer expectations.
- Ability to conduct detailed investigation within the policy framework, identify root cause & write report, develop management action plan for process formulation/ compliance/ improvement.
- Perform or direct inventory investigations in response to shrink results outside of acceptable ranges.
- Collaborate with law enforcement to investigate and solve external theft or fraud cases.
- Coordinate theft and fraud investigations involving career criminals or organized group activities.
- Conducting Ad-hoc efficient audits in accordance to ensure committed with the recently selling process & business process validation and report on significant control weaknesses within the company.
- Incident management for all incidents has financial / reputational impact and responsible for reporting it internally to internal investigation team.
- Develop and maintain Relations with Consumer protection organization to resolve any issues belong to the company
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Experience: 10+ experience in Distribution & Retail industries . preferred in Telecommunications Sector Or Related Field, at least 3 years in Management position.
- Age (Years): Not less than 35 years.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent communications skills
