Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Secretary, specializing in accounting and administrative support. As our Secretary, you will play a crucial role in handling office accounting matters, managing travel arrangements, and performing various secretarial tasks. If you possess excellent English language skills and a strong command of computer systems and applications, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

  • Perform general secretarial duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Manage office accounting tasks, including payment processing and handling petty cash.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.
  • Handle travel arrangements, including hotel bookings, flight arrangements, and transportation logistics.
  • Provide administrative support to the team by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing documents.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability for smooth operations.
  • Support the team in preparing presentations, reports, and other documentation as needed.
     

 

Job Requirements

  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Sheets, etc..)  and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and other relevant software.
  • Demonstrated experience in office accounting procedures and financial record-keeping.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize assignments effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
