Organization Development Senior Specialist

Policies & Procedures

-Develop and review various HR policies and procedures and design related flow charts in line with functional managers and communicate them to all employees to ensure their full awareness.

-Develop, update and review Services Level Agreements (SLAs), SOPs and Work flow charts to identify work duplications, obstacles and constraints.

Organizational Charts

-Update organization charts with rotations, promotions, transfers, newly hired employees…etc on monthly basis for each department.

-Revise and ensure branches Org. Charts are accurately updated on monthly basis and report direct manager with any updates at 3rd day of the month.

-Identify any discrepancies on Org. Charts’ reporting lines and suggest reengineering changes to facilitate current workflow.

Job Analysis

-Develop first draft of JA action plan to ensure fulfilling the agreed objectives.

-Analyze all positions using agreed methodologies to come up with all needed data from incumbent and direct manager.

-Develop each position job description and follow up its yearly amendments & updates.

Develop each position key performance indicators, objectives, matrix of authority, manpower planning for existing jobs, reporting lines, career path...etc.

-Ensure updated Job Descriptions database on company HRIS

-Create New Jobs, Departments and sections on HRIS and update current ones accordingly.

Developing the organization

-Coordinate and follow up employee engagement survey and results to engaged employees.
