Job Description
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a diverse audience.
- Develop, implement and manage multiple social media platforms.
- Provide a visual brief for the art department to perfectly visualize ideas.
- Remove, manage and report any inappropriate problems.
- Track and analyze competitors’ platforms and marketing activities on a weekly
basis. - Coordinate and handle the assigned accounts.
- Create Paid ADs & content strategies for a social media platform to generate
qualified leads with a suitable budget. - Handle media buying campaigns from A to Z on different platforms starting
from planning, targeting set KPIs, Compare and negotiating rates, ad space,
and airtime - Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix Monitor costs
and return on investment (ROI) - Create social media analysis.
- Make a monthly plan / report for clients.
- Create page strategy, posting, boosting, and guide the moderation team if
any. - Scheduling the posts as per the monthly plan.
- Analyze the competitors from time to time to make our clients a head above.
- Maintain a strong communication with clients via (Meetings, Calls, Emails,
and WhatsApp). - Providing and suggesting the content ideas with the content creators team,
marketing manager and designers. - Create google ads.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing is a must.
- 3-4 years of experience in real state industry.
- Fluent command in English.
- Presentable.
- High Communication skills.
- Time management skills
- Have a very good experience in social media analysis and strategy.
- Manage social media campaigns.
- Follow up all marketing channels.
- Strong background and experience in Google ads.
