Job Brief
We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join our team. She or He should be able to strongly demonstrate their ability to reach out, network and quickly build lasting and trusting relationships with customers while at the same time demonstrating good knowledge of accounting. Essentially, an accountant by experience / education that enjoys reaching out and engaging with customers.
Job Requirements
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs and contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
- Arrange business meetings & platform demo's with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Onboard new clients on the company's portal
- Collect new clients historical data to kickstart the services
- Handover the client successfully to the account management team
- Report to the Business Development Manager on weekly sales results
Job Requirements
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Odoo)
- Proficiency in English
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- Work experience as an Accountant &/or knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures preferred
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
