Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as an Office and Business Assistant in Zahraa El Maadi. He/She will provide support for daily office operations, handle administrative tasks, and assist in preparing business-related documents and presentations.
This role requires consistent office attendance, occasional external errands, and a strong ability to use Microsoft Office for internal and client use. The role also includes handling various administrative and organizational tasks, some of which may require going to external government offices to complete paperwork or processes.
Responsibilities
- Be present during official working hours and handle routine office tasks.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, calls, and general messages.
- Carry out external administrative tasks such as submitting or collecting documents from government entities or other institutions.
- Assist in preparing reports, documents, and other business materials.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the team or management.
Job Requirements
- Current student or recent graduate in Business Administration or a related field.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Office tools.
- Punctual and reliable with a professional attitude.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in a similar role is a plus.
