Job Description
- Develop,launch,and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok.
- Translate audience insights into strategic targeting and messaging across the customer journey.
- Monitor key performance indicators (CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR, etc.) and analyze campaign results to drive decisions.
- Deliver weekly reports with insights, learnings, and optimization recommendations.
- Run A/B and multivariate tests on creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
Job Requirements
● 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance or growth marketing, ideally in digital products or subscription-based businesses.
● Strong grasp of paid acquisition platforms and campaign optimization strategies.
● Proficiency with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Hotjar.
