Job Description
- Manage and oversee the production and design processes for low voltage panels (MDBs, SMDBs, MCCs).
- Interpret and understand shop drawings and control circuits for various panel types.
- Plan monthly production schedules and ensure timely assembly.
- Execute the production phase with a focus on high quality, cost efficiency, and minimal delivery time.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to streamline processes and optimize resource utilization.
- Monitor technician throughput and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure proper assembly setup to meet production KPIs.
- Maintain a well-organized, adequately staffed, and skilled production area.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 1-3 years of experience in production or design of low voltage panels (MDBs, SMDBs, MCCs).
- Strong understanding of shop drawings and control circuits.
- Experience in production planning and execution with a focus on cost savings and efficiency.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the Supply Chain team and other departments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
