Job Description

  • Our process mixes the business value with creativity and engineering to deliver distinguished design results. 
  • Our services range from Market research, Concept Generation, Product Design, Product Development, Intellectual Property Protection, Prototyping and Initial batch Production for market validation.
  •  We are currently looking for a Technical Sales Lead to expand our client base and grow our sales.

Job responsibilities is as following:

  • Annual Sales planning with innovation head to set the sales strategy, targets prospect industries / clients
  • Business development with new potential clients, promoting our services, understanding their pains and potential business opportunities and responding with competitive technical and commercial offers
  • Respond in a professional and prompt manner to client inquieries and maintain strong client relationship.
  • Proactively identify potential upselling opportunities, interlocks with technical and project management to develop technical and commercial offers
  • Follow-up on potential sales leads to close deals
  • Periodic reporting sales figures secured and in pipeline innovation head
  • Managing and prioritizing workload as required, applying a measured approach according to urgency/importance
  • Work with marketing team to updated marketing channels, develop marketing material for promotion of our services
  • Maintain CRM with latest development in the sales, updaing the forecasted figures and deals status
  • Attend trade shows, representing us and establishing new contacts with new potential customers

Job Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years’ experience in product and/or solution sales.
  • Excellent knowledge using cloud CRM solutions to track sales
  • BSc in Engineering (mechanical, mechatronics, embedded systems) or equivalent job experience will be considered.
  • Knowledge/Experience about the specifics of different industries (Injection, Extrusion, Textile, food and beverage, pharmaceutical,..)
  • Wide customer contacts in several industries with industrial B2B / B2C products
  • Knowledge about the concepts of Industrial 4.0, IoT, Product Development of software, Hardware and/or mechanical of industrial products
  • Knowledge about product development and re-engineering concepts
  • Extensive knowledge in selling of embedded systems, Control and Automation solutions that contains HMI's and general Controllers
  • Extensive knowledge in defending offers, selling products and services, pricing and terms negotiation.
  • Excellent presentation skills, following branding guidelines and Ability to effectively communicate information to clients
  • Ability to work with different team members from designers, engineering, marketing to build sales portfolios for customer engagement and communication
  • Out of the box thinker, entrepreneurial and proven business development mindset with great sense of ownership
  • Excellent Arabic and English language skills, both in writing and speaking
