The Role!

At Bosta, we’re eager to support and improve our fleet team and handle all their day-to-day operations to establish trust between our stars (fleet operations) and our customers.
We are looking for a sharp, personable, highly organized “Fleet Support Representative” to support our fleet team, as we grow our presence in Egypt.
Fleet Support Representatives are all about helping and educating our stars (drivers). The right candidate is always looking for unique and exciting ways to solve problems with exceptional support and exceptional communication, ensuring that problems are resolved promptly while developing trustworthy relationships with our team.

What Will you be doing?

You’ll act as the voice of Bosta, spending your days in the frontline counseling our drivers partners addressing any questions or concerns, & finding creative ways in solving their problems
Respond to drivers' (stars) issues through face-to-face, inbound, and outbound calls.
Assist our fleet team with onboarding our drivers onto Bosta system.
Handle all the incoming fleet-related complaints and provide high-quality resolutions.
Strengthen and maintain the relationship with our driver-partners by providing top-quality service.

University Degree in any discipline.
Previous work experience in a customer service industry is highly preferred
Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
Organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multitask.
Strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to remain flexible and calm in high-pressure or continually changing situations.
Excellent computer skills (such as Microsoft Office), internet-related knowledge.
Must be very computer literate and able to learn new software as well as to troubleshoot
