Job Description
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager or relevant role in Marketing & Advertising Agencies especially in BTL Filed “Events, Activations, Exhibitions, …etc.”
- Serve as primary day-to-day liaison with assigned clients and maintain positive ongoing relationships.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while interfacing with different internal and external contact.
- Manage accounts by preparing campaign presentations, budgets and reports and follow up on all tasks to make sure it’s completely done according to the brief and time frame requested from the client side.
- Responsible for concept development and generating innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness.
- Resolving internal and external issues and inquiries.
- Responsible for arranging meetings, analyzing client needs and closing deals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mass communication or marketing or any related field.
- BTL experience is a must (events, exhibitions, roadshows, activations. etc.)
- 4 years of proven success in client management in the Advertising field is a must.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics.
- Flexible with extra working hours, including night and weekends.
- Strong organization and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent command of English Language.
- Excellent command of MS Office Applications.
