Job Description
- Manage customer interactions, ensuring effective and efficient handling of both inbound and outbound calls to ensure seamless and positive service experience.
- Respond promptly to customer concerns, ensuring a positive resolution that maintains trust and satisfaction.
- Collect, update, and organize comprehensive customer information to ensure accurate and current records.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the CRM system to maintain accurate records and confidentiality of all customer information.
- Handle customer communications across email, phone, SMS, and social media, ensuring timely and consistent follow-ups to meet service standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- 2 -4 year of experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office Suite.
- English proficiency.
- Preferably female.
