Job Description

  • Manage customer interactions, ensuring effective and efficient handling of both inbound and outbound calls to ensure seamless and positive service experience.
  • Respond promptly to customer concerns, ensuring a positive resolution that maintains trust and satisfaction.
  • Collect, update, and organize comprehensive customer information to ensure accurate and current records.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the CRM system to maintain accurate records and confidentiality of all customer information.
  • Handle customer communications across email, phone, SMS, and social media, ensuring timely and consistent follow-ups to meet service standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
  • 2 -4 year of experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office Suite.
  • English proficiency.
  • Preferably female.
