Job Description
- Fully supervise daily operations within the factory to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve production goals.
- Manage and motivate teams to ensure quality compliance and optimal efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Improve processes and reduce waste and operational costs without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with other departments (Quality, Maintenance, HR, etc.) to ensure operational integration.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on factory performance and operational challenges.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in managing and operating factories or similar industrial environments.
- A proven track record of improving operations and increasing productivity.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
- High-level analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in ERP systems and production management software.
