Job Description
- Manage information technology and computer systems.
- Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
- Manage IT staff by training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.
- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
- Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
- Has solid experience dealing with ERP implementation ( Odoo ) .
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to ensure the organization remains competitive.
- Drive innovation and identify opportunities to improve IT processes and services.
Job Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science , Information Technology or related field .
- 10 - 15 Years of experience .
- Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience.
- Ability to lead and mentor team members.
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.
- Expertise in network security technologies (firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, VPNs, etc.).
- In-depth understanding of cybersecurity principles and data protection laws.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Previous experience in ERP Implementation .
