Leading Quality initiatives and plans being responsible for the overall quality of products released by the company and delivered to customer are complying, consistent and meets both external and internal requirements, this includes legal compliance, company polices, procedure and standards.
Develop and Lead implementation of company's quality polices procedures and standards
Responsible to roll-out quality process improvement methodologies for the group
Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards and Improve reliability of new product development processes
Leading process control procedures including receiving raw materials, preproduction process, production process and final products storage methods to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
Make decisions for the products under operation and rejected products by the quality team.
Review customer requirements and make sure they are met and Approve customer’s specifications relating to quality performance.
Ensure complain handling process through full analysis, root cause analysis and resolve problems, and implementing short-term and long-term preventive actions
Establish quality requirements for external suppliers.
Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science
MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification from a business school are appropriate, however the right candidate may not have these academic qualifications.
relevant experience in Quality including at least 5 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities.
Experience in Corrugated - packaging- paper is an advantage
