Job Description
- Develop and implement corporate strategies aligned with the organization’s long-term goals and mission.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).

- Proven track record in investment evaluation, corporate restructuring, and business formation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills with proficiency in financial modeling and market analysis.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and leading high-impact strategic projects.
