Job Description
. Operational Follow-Up:
Monitor the execution of daily operational plans at showrooms and service centers.
Ensure vehicles are ready for display or delivery, including cleanliness, inspection, and preparation.
2. Sales & Customer Service Support:
Assist sales teams in meeting customer needs and achieving sales targets.
Monitor customer satisfaction indicators and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve complaints or issues.
3. Reporting:
Prepare periodic reports on operational performance, sales, and inventory, and submit to the Brand Operations Manager.
Analyze sales and stock data to identify improvement opportunities or potential challenges.
4. Inventory & Supply Management:
Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure the availability of required vehicle models.
Track delivery and shipping schedules, ensuring suppliers adhere to timelines.
5. Marketing & Promotional Support:
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement brand campaigns and promotions within showrooms.
