Job Description

Summary

Caduceus Lane is looking for passionate Account Managers who will collaborate with our key partners and ensure the long-term success of such collaboration.

They will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with their portfolio of assigned customers and connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. They will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our business solutions based on the customer needs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all the matters related to key accounts and customers
  • Represent the company and influence the discussions held among the relevant professionals and trade organizations to shape the company’s image and build a well-differentiated competitive profile
  • Develop a trusted advisory relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our software solutions based on the customer needs and objectives
  • Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Represent the company in a professional, credible, and trustworthy manner at all times
  • Implement the relevant tactics to ensure that the company’s strategies and core business objectives are delivered
  • Prepare, conduct, and report effective practices, business updates, and account plans and have a solid understanding of the overall strategic and tactical requirements of the company
  • Maintain a regular supply of the relevant market intelligence, technical knowledge, and professional information relating to the company’s portfolio to support the key customer groups using both internal and external information sources.
  • Develop the appropriate tactics to obtain a maximum commercial benefit for the company's service range.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications 

Candidate Background

  • Having experience as an Account Manager with a minimum of 3 years experience in account management, sales, or any commercial role.
  • Demonstrating the ability to adopt an account management approach to manage the assigned account(s) business
  • Demonstrating the ability to plan and manage the demands of software portfolio
  • Having a proven record in commercializing software products or/and services
  • Being a university graduate, with possible further sales/marketing qualifications

Basic Qualification

  • A demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • A proven account management experience or any other relevant experience.
  • The ability to work in virtual teams, matrix environments, and cross-markets.
  • A proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying close attention to details.
  • A team-oriented character who demonstrates the ability to work closely with cross-functional partners.
  • A Flexible attitude to thrive in a fast-growing company.
  • A demonstrated ability to confidently interact with external experts.
  • A self-motivated and innovator character who strives to achieve success.

  • A proven experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.

Technical Qualifications

  • A university graduate with a Bachelor's degree 
  • Fluency in the English language is a must
  • IT literacy with strong analytical skills
