Job Description
- The ideal candidate should be able to build a long term relationship with the assigned portfolio of customers through phone calls and emails.
- Promote our products and services and handle any issues the customers may face.
- Ability to communicate with different cultures i. e Philippines, India, UAE, etc..
- Closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
- Effectively manage large amounts of calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Report to the sales manager.
- Fixed Shift (7:30 AM to 4:30 PM).
- 2 Days Off ( Friday and Saturday).
Job Requirements
- Experience in IT Sales is preferred.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs.
- English speaking candidates only can apply (95% of our client base are English speakers only).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Bachelor's degrees ONLY.
- Sales Experience is a MUST.
- Resident in 6th October or nearby is a must
