Job Description
- Responsible for the brand’s budget and monitoring of brand spending.
- Responsible for finalizing all contracts with suppliers and the legal department.
- Brief, implement, and monitor all brand-related marketing activities.
- Lead the development of new product development or penetration of a new category and the implementation of their marketing activities.
- Implement enhancements in the product or/and packaging of any existing SKU.
- Analyze brand factors such as distribution, statistical reports, and market trends to provide future forecasts and lead the execution of the annual brand plan in accordance with the desired KPIs and brand strategy.
- Visit different trade channels on a regular basis to monitor the performance of brands and competition
- Prepares presentations showing performance of brand(s) (e.g. retail audit, ad trackers, sales performance, P&L…etc.) to the team and upper management
- Brief and take part in any researches related to brand
- Conduct regular feedback sessions with the team and external parties
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
- At Least 4 Years of Experience in brand management preferably in FMCG or Food Production.
- Fluent English.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
