Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and creative Assistant Group Brand Manager to join our team and support the growth and success of a portfolio of cosmetic brands. In this role, you will work closely with the Group Brand Manager to develop and execute brand strategies, conduct market research, manage brand assets, and contribute to the launch of new cosmetic products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for the beauty industry to gain valuable experience in brand management.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Group Brand Manager in developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies for a portfolio of cosmetic brands.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
  • Assist with the development and launch of new cosmetic products, including creating presentations and marketing materials.
  • Manage brand assets (e.g., logos, brand guidelines) to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Support the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, digital advertising).
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, gathering data and creating reports.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee the production of marketing materials (if applicable).
  • Research and identify potential influencer marketing opportunities (if applicable).
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and industry news.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Group Brand Manager

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • experience in marketing or a related field (an internship in the beauty industry is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
  • Passion for the beauty industry and a keen interest in current trends.
