Job Description
- Preparing the site plan consistent with the requirements and availability of the drawings, specifications, target dates.
- Preparing tender time schedule in a company with cash flow.
- Preparing and updating the project time schedule based on the contract.
- Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan.
- Monitoring the critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management.
- Preparing and submitting the updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress and identify areas of weakness and establishes means and methods for recovery, if any, as well as new critical activities.
- Monitoring day to day work progress and prepare the daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Reporting work progress and make comparison between plan and actual progress and study impact of alternative approaches to work.
- Ensures performance reviews are conducted on field planning staff in accordance with established schedule.
- Prepare the analysis study for the impact of claims and variations orders on time schedule and cash flow.
- Creates progress and performance curves.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is a must
- Primavera - AutoCAD - Office Good User
- 3-6 years of related experience
- Very Good command of English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Thorough understanding of purchasing procedures and policies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Negotiation skills
