Job Summary:

 We are seeking a data-driven Data Analyst to optimize delivery operations and enhance customer experience through deep data insights. This role involves analyzing customer segmentation, last-mile delivery performance, and logistics data to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Collect, clean, and analyze logistics and last-mile delivery data, including fleet efficiency, delivery times, and route optimization, vehicles. 
•  Analyze customer data and behaviors, including order frequency, preferences, churn patterns, and retention trends.
•  Develop and maintain customer segmentation models to personalize offers and improve engagement. 
•  Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as delivery success rate, order accuracy, fleet utilization, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify patterns, trends, and operational bottlenecks to recommend process improvements.  Collaborate with operations, marketing, and customer service teams to drive datainformed decisions. 
• Monitor and forecast demand to optimize resource allocation, delivery schedules, and logistics costs. 
•  Support pricing, promotions, and loyalty programs using data-driven insights. 
•  Ensure data integrity and maintain documentation of methodologies.
