To finalize and manage the finishing works between arch and MEP within projects to ensure that construction is delivered to the client with the required quality standards and within agreed time scales.
Plan and manage defined phasing zones from the project initiation until handing over the projects to set the time and work expectations.
Manage and participate in deciding on subcontractors and negotiate terms and conditions of agreements in order to craft the best offer with subcontractors.
Lead the coordination between the companies’ finishing workers and the subcontractors to ensure collaboration and avoid projects’ drawbacks.
Study, review and validate shop drawing in order to avoid discrepancies.
Finalize invoices and coordinate payments of subcontractors and update projects’ financial reports accordingly to ensure accurate project information.
Support in projects’ handing over documents for finishing work in order to get clients’ acceptance and taking over of projects.
Manage tasks to ensure project schedules/deadlines are met

Bachelor degree in Civil /Architecture Engineering .
