Job Description
- Sales consultant to promote the sales for a mini compound in 6 of October City.
- To respond to clients' requests via our facebook page.
- To Handle leads generated from social media advertising and convert them to actual visitors to the compound.
- Accompany all visitors to the compound in 6 of October city and present it professionally (training will be given by company)
- Professionally present the available units for sale, benefits, various installments system
- Refer clients interested in mortgage to banks and follow up with bank candidates on clients status
- Achieve sales quota (visiting quota and close rates)
- Continuously update CRM system with all details (Training to be provided by company)
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales of real-estate
- Comfortable with using Google Sheets or / and MS Excel
- Own a car
- Residents of 6 October or close areas such as Mohandeseen, Zamalek, or Dokki
- Energetic and outgoing
- Knowledge of real-estate sales process
