- We are a young growing edtech company looking to hire a Marketing and Communication Lead to drive our engagement and communication with our audience.
- We are looking for someone who is passionate and enthusiastic about social impact, able to take initiative and works efficiently to deadlines. We want to hear from you if you have excellent and professional written and spoken communication skills and can relate to the needs of our (parents) audience.
- You'll be right alongside us in setting the direction of the business, working to communicate our offer effectively and impactfully, and finding customers to bring this offer to.
Job Requirements
- Responsibilities include:
- Content creation and story writing- highlighting the amazing work of our team, featuring topics that interest our audience and showcasing best practices in relevant fields via newsletters, blogs, emails, social media and digital marketing campaigns. You are a great writer who takes pride in creating content that tells an engaging story. You write and converse in English fluently.
- Social media communications- creating, executing and monitoring communication campaigns using email, web and socialmedia. Experience with reporting on SM analytics & experience optimising content for SEO is needed.
- Lead generation and CRM management - building up leads to grow our audience base.
- Client research- taking a deeper lookinto leads and presenting themto the rest of the team.
- Client communications - reaching out to and responding to customers who will benefit from our work, by building a deep understanding of their currentand future needs.
- Press- Build and manage partnerships with media outlets, press partners and influencers.
- Events- events assistance and mainfluencersrketing, both virtually and in-person to help attendees get the most out of the event.
