Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
Develop and execute strategic communication initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, fostering a strong corporate culture, and promoting organizational alignment. Create compelling content, manage communication channels, and ensure consistent messaging across the company.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive internal communication strategy aligned with the company's objectives and values.
2- Produce engaging and informative content for various internal communication channels, including newsletters, emails, intranet, and other digital platforms.
3- Craft clear and concise messages that effectively convey key information, company updates, and strategic initiatives to employees at all levels.
4- Oversee the management and optimization of internal communication channels to ensure effective delivery of messages and maximize employee engagement.
5- Plan and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement, such as town hall meetings, employee recognition programs, and internal events.
6- Support organizational change initiatives by developing communication plans and materials to facilitate smooth transitions and minimize disruption.
7- Establish feedback mechanisms to gather employee insights, opinions, and suggestions, and use this feedback to continuously improve internal communication processes.
8- Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and other departments to align internal communication efforts with broader organizational goals and initiatives.
9- Develop crisis communication plans and protocols to effectively communicate with employees during times of crisis or emergency situations.
10- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives through metrics such as employee feedback, engagement levels, and communication channel analytics.
Job Requirements
- QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• 8+ years of Marcom experience; in IT service companies
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent knowledge and experience in using design applications.
