Job Description

  • Proven work experience as a Marketing strategist or Marketing manager in software house or product based 
  • Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies (e.g. online tools and social media)
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM software and Content Management Systems
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and customer needs.
  • Define and target key customer segments and devise strategies to effectively reach and engage them.
  • Generate high-quality leads.
  • Optimize website content and user experience to improve search engine visibility (SEO) and drive organic traffic.
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, such as Google Ads, social media, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and product documentation.
  • Monitor marketing analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software marketing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, partners, and customers to drive brand advocacy and thought leadership.
  • Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand market reach and drive business growth.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively and allocate resources to maximize ROI.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the senior management team on marketing activities, results, and recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in the software industry.
  • In-depth understanding of software marketing strategies, trends, and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms to measure campaign performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving marketing goals and targets.
