Job Description
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps among employees. Analyze performance data, feedback, and job requirements to determine training requirements and develop targeted training solutions.
- Design and develop training programs, curriculum, and materials using instructional design principles and learning methodologies.
- Create and update training content, including presentations, training manuals, e-learning modules, videos. Conduct effective training sessions and ensure that training materials are engaging, informative, and aligned with learning objectives.
- Generate training reports and analytics to track training effectiveness, participant performance, and training
impact on business outcomes. Provide regular updates and recommendations to management regarding training initiatives and progress. - Implement evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of training programs. Collect and analyze feedback, conduct assessments, and track training outcomes to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for program enhancements.
- Manage and design talent development programs from development phase to placement in their new roles, to ensure program effectiveness to all graduates and to the organization.
- Coordinate and manage logistics for training programs, including scheduling, venue arrangement, participant registration, and resource allocation.
- Manage and design onboarding programs to orient new members to organization’s culture, values, business processes and support them to perform in their new roles successfully.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, department managers, and other stakeholders to ensure training programs meet organizational needs.
- Collaborate with OD team in related projects to assist in achieving Learning & OD section objectives.
- Perform other job-related tasks as requested to support the section’s overall objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- 2 – 4 years of experience at the same position.
- Preferably have TOT (Training of the Trainers) Certificate.
