Metal Coating Engineer

The Nickel, galvanize, electrostatic powder Coating Engineer is responsible for th development, and implementation of nickel , galvanize, electrostatic powder coating processes, 

This includes developing new processes, optimizing existing processes, and troubleshooting problems.

The Nickel, galvanize, electrostatic powder Coating Engineer must have a strong understanding of the chemistry and physics of nickel plating, as well as the ability to operate and maintain plating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop new nickel, galvanize, electrostatic powder coating processes.
• Optimize existing nickel, galvanize, electrostatic powder coating processes.
• Troubleshooting nickel, galvanize, electrostatic powder coating problems.
• Conduct research on new nickel, galvanize, electrostatic powder coating technologies.
• Develop and maintain nickel, galvanize, electrostatic powder coating standards.
• Train and supervise nickel, galvanize, electrostatic powder coating operators.
• Work with other engineers to ensure that nickel coating processes meet customer requirements.
• Stay up to date on the latest trends in nickel, galvanize, electrostatic powder coating technology.
