Job Description
- Prepare and update inspection and sampling plans for receiving and in-process control.
- Manage the receiving inspection processes and the supplier improvement program.
- Follow up the implementation of the calibration of measurement equipment plan.
- Determine quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures .
- Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible.
- Document Control for QHSE documentation system.
- Manage and follow up the non-conformists related with the quality of products and / or processes.
- Manage and follow up the customers’ complaints and ensures that the necessary corrective actions were taken.
- Plan and conduct internal auditing program for the IMS in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
Job Requirements
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or relevant field Previous work experience as a Quality Engineer , Welding Engineer or similar role
- 3-7 Years’ experience (Must be in metal industry) with CWB Certificate.
- Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies
- In-depth understanding of technical documentation
- Familiarity with statistical analysis
- Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Additional certification in Quality Assurance is a plus
- V. Good command of using MS office programs (specially excel – access)
