Manage the body production line daily activities, and is accountable on achieving the production plan and targets meeting the time, cost, and quality targets.
•Work with the foreman on the allocation and rotation of the team members to achieve the best results and avoid manpower shortage.
•Work towards achieving the highest safety standards through assigning safety KPIs to the foreman and the team. Educate and train the team on the best safety measures, address daily incidents, and apply effective actions

Achieve the highest standards of quality as per the internal quality targets and represent the assembly shop in the voice of customer meeting with the customers and other production team management.
•Ensure the availability of the tools and equipment needed for the team to perform their jobs smoothly and timely.
•Ensure that the team are filling the job cards for each product accurately and completely and conduct a final review on the job card details and stamps.
•Assist the section head in the knowledge transfer and cascading of all new technical knowledge to the team and assess their capabilities and capacity.
