We are hiring a Survey Manager to oversee and lead surveying operations across our large-scale real estate and construction projects. The role requires a professional with a strong technical background, leadership skills, and proven experience in managing survey teams on mega projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and supervise all surveying activities on project sites.
- Ensure accuracy of land measurements, boundaries, and project levels.
- Review and validate survey data, reports, and previous records.
- Provide technical guidance to survey teams and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Manage and maintain surveying equipment (Total Station, GPS, GIS, levels).
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and architects to align survey work with project requirements.
- Prepare and present survey reports, drawings, and layouts.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control procedures.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience (10+ years) in surveying, including at least 3 years in a managerial role within mega projects.
- Excellent command of Total Station, GPS, and GIS systems.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and reports.
- Valid professional certification is mandatory.
