Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate construction drawings and extract data based on the architecture BIM platform Supporting Technical Team, creating files and ensuring the appropriate file attributes are captured correctly.
• Perform feasibility reports and ensure the building is in compliance with local rules and regulations.
• Work closely with team leader and senior to ensure the project is completed on time and according to the specified design.
• Collaborate and coordinate internally or/and externally with other disciplines, design-changes and model changes.
• Assist BIM Coordinators in creating, updating and revising BIM Models throughout the project lifetime
• Ensure integrity/ quality of the models maturity upon required level of detail LOD.
• Design, develop and implement architectural drawings and specifications.
• Keep current with trends, codes and standards.
• Use advanced design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) to create detailed architectural engineering plans.
• Review and interpret building codes, regulations, and standards to ensure project designs meet all legal and safety requirements. 
• Work closely with the engineering design team, architectural design team, and other internal stakeholders to ensure integrated project delivery. 
• Coordinate with suppliers, technical advisors, and other external stakeholders to obtain necessary information, materials, and support for project execution. 
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and stored appropriately. 
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, technical issues, and compliance matters. 
• Prepare minutes of meetings for clients and technical team meetings.
• Identify opportunities for technical improvement and innovation in project designs and processes. 
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance project quality and efficiency.
