Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Report to the Resident Engineer.
- Supervises staff members in the execution of their responsibilities.
- Control and monitor the construction, technical departments, programming, scheduling methods, contractual issues.
- Compare the structural shop drawings with contract drawings, specifications, B.O.Q. and approved materials.
- Reviews and approves the As Built Drawings for final approval by R.E
- Logs and monitors all contractors’ submittals and shop drawings to maintain time management, and field orders for review by R.E
- Assists R.E in preparing the Monthly Progress Reports.
- Holds meetings with the contractor's representative to discuss and resolve all the structural queries.
- Assists in preparing the Final Acceptance and Completion Report.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in Civil Engineering.
- Ability to work with concrete related projects.
- Experience in consultancy supervision services.
- Familiar with Egyptian code of Practice
- Computer knowledge AutoCAD 2D, Excel, Powerpoint and word.
- Great leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Project management and supervision skills
