Position Overview
We are seeking (2) motivated Junior ELV (Extra Low Voltage) Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the installation, configuration, and commissioning of ELV systems including Fire Alarm, Access Control, Video Surveillance, and Integrated Security Management platforms.
This role is perfect for an entry-level or early-career engineer looking to grow within a dynamic technical environment while working alongside senior engineers on real-world integration and deployment projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and commissioning of ELV systems under supervision
- Document system configurations, wiring diagrams, and integration workflows
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues during installation and post-deployment phases
- Maintain accurate records of project documentation, test results, and service logs
- Assist in preparing as-built drawings, user manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Attend training sessions and pursue certifications relevant to assigned systems.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
A degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field, with coursework or experience relevant to ELV systems, is preferred.
Experience:
- 0–2 years of hands-on experience in ELV systems, electrical installations, or related technical environments
- Prior exposure to fire alarm, access control, CCTV, or low-voltage systems is preferred
- Experience with IP-based devices and network fundamentals is a plus
Technical Skills:
- Willingness to learn and work with low-voltage security and life safety systems, including but not limited to:
- Fire alarm and detection platforms
- Electronic access control systems
- IP-based video surveillance technologies
- Integrated security management platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and network diagram
