Job Description
Assist in installation, setup, and calibration of printing machines at customer sites.
Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting under senior engineers’ supervision.
Support in testing and adjusting printing quality according to client requirements.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Follow company safety standards and operational procedures.
Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Printing Engineering or Applied arts.
0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
Good understanding of printing technologies or willingness to learn.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to travel within Egypt for on-site installations and maintenance.
Eagerness to learn and develop technical expertise.
