Job Description
- Evaluates equipment to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed.
- Participation in development of Maintenance Program.
- Performing all routine mechanical maintenance works, minor and major repairs.
- Ensures mechanical maintenance and repair work is completed correctly in a timely manner.
- Inspecting equipment/ machines periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
- Installation of production lines, equipment/ machines and devices.
- Participate in preventive maintenance works.
- Following-up the spare parts stock in stores.
- Maintaining statistical and records.
- Oversees the schedules and work of mechanical maintenance staff.
- Handles discipline of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy and rules.
Job Requirements
- BSc. Engineering Mechanical Power.
- From 3 to 6 years of experience in the same field.
- English Language: Very good.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft office "Word, Excel, PowerPoint …".
- The ability to develop and lead a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Focus on functional and operational outcomes.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Good presentation skills.
