Job Description
We are looking to hire a talented Office Manager to be responsible for CEO's office operation of Administration duties will involve, answering incoming business-related phone and emails, organize and follow CEO's Calendar and supervising to ensure maximum productivity, You will also be required to create & support Management and to produce management-level reports & presentations.
Main Responsibilities:
Overseeing general office operations.
Liaising with Management
Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
Supervising, mentoring and coaching our administration and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts.
Creating presentations and other management-level reports.
Attendance of conferences and organization events.
Job Requirements
Main Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.
Experience in the Construction Industry is a must
Experience in leading team & people management.
10+ years of experience in office administration.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills while proficient in MS Office.
Presentable & Well oriented on business etiquette standards.
Experience in invoices( Preparing and reviewing ).
Excellent in telecommunication.
Fluent English is a must, another language is preferable.
Nice to have:
BSC ( Honors ) Computer Science or a similar degree.
Financial experience is also advantageous.
