Job Description
Job Purpose /Summary:
Ensure that all organizational processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and maintaining the highest levels of quality and compliance.
Roles, Responsibilities and duties:
1. Supervision of QC Officers: Manage QC officers, provide guidance, ensure proper training, and monitor performance.
2. Statistical Sampling: Implement statistical sampling methods for quality control, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
3. Inspection: Oversee inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
4. Data Analysis for Trending Non-conformities: Analyze data to identify trends in non-conformities and initiate corrective actions.
5. RCA (Root Cause Analysis): Conduct root cause analysis to determine the underlying causes of quality issues and develop corrective actions.
6. Checksheets Update: Regularly update checksheets to address potential problems and quality defects, ensuring they are relevant and effective.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Additional qualifications - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in quality control or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and supervising a quality control team.
- Proficiency in statistical sampling methods and quality control tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex quality issues.
- High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance with standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and mentor the QC team
