Cost Estimator Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Review project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Conduct quantity take-offs, cost estimations, and price negotiations to develop competitive bids.
• Prepare financials offers , including technical proposals, commercial terms, and supporting documentation.
• Conduct cost comparisons, value engineering, and risk assessments to get the best prices.
• Evaluate cost-saving opportunities and innovative solutions to enhance competitiveness. 
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather information for Pricing.
• Attend meetings, site visits, and project briefings to gather necessary information for pricing.
• Evaluate contractual terms and conditions to identify potential risks and liabilities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions.
