Skills And Tools:
- Assist Management with daily operational activities.
- Maintain division calendar, meeting, and interviews.
- Organize and File Tenders' Documents
- Provide Clerical and Administrative duties to Enterprise Division team.
- Coordinate with other organization department
- To assist team to do their required tasks.
- Prepare meeting agenda, schedule meetings, and distribute minutes.
- Respond to work requests from division staffs in timely and accurate manner.
- Updates & monitors CRM activities on timely manner.
- Coordinate and organize division related special events.
- Perform other duties as requested.
- 1-2 years of work experience in a relevant field
- IT Background is a plus.
- Bachelor degree from a relevant university
- Strong communication and Problem solving skills.
- Excellent organizing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office and CRM
