Job Description

  • Assist Management with daily operational activities.
  • Maintain division calendar, meeting, and interviews.
  • Organize and File Tenders' Documents 
  • Provide Clerical and Administrative duties to Enterprise Division team.
  • Coordinate with other organization department
  • To assist team to do their required tasks.
  • Prepare meeting agenda, schedule meetings, and distribute minutes.
  • Respond to work requests from division staffs in timely and accurate manner.
  • Updates & monitors CRM activities on timely manner.
  • Coordinate and organize division related special events.
  • Perform other duties as requested.

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of work experience in a relevant field
  • IT Background is a plus. 
  • Bachelor degree from a relevant university
  • Strong communication and Problem solving skills.
  • Excellent organizing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and CRM
