Ceramic Tile Body Preparation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Milling Process Management: Oversee and lead all aspects of the ceramic tile milling process, including monitoring milling equipment, conducting routine inspections, and ensuring proper functioning to achieve optimum efficiency.

Team Leadership: Manage a team of technicians and operators, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills, efficiency, and safety awareness within the department.

Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality control and production teams to maintain strict quality standards, ensuring that milled materials meet product specifications and industry regulations.

Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve the milling process, implementing innovative techniques, and best practices to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate with the maintenance department to schedule and perform regular maintenance on milling equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximizing machine longevity.
