Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and visionary Art Director with 10 years of experience in a creative or advertising agency to lead our design and motion graphics teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a deep understanding of branding and storytelling, and the ability to guide visual concepts from idea to execution. You will collaborate closely with Account director and managers, creative strategists, and production teams to deliver high-quality, engaging campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Lead and manage both design and motion graphics teams to deliver cohesive creative outputs.
- Develop creative concepts and art directions for campaigns, branding, and digital content.
- Oversee design execution across static and animated content ensuring brand consistency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project goals and deliver solutions.
- Guide the team in using AI-powered creative tools to enhance workflow and creativity.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior creatives.
- Maintain awareness of current trends in advertising, design, and digital media.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Art Director in an Advertising Agency is a must
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative direction across design and motion.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
- Experience using AI design tools and integrating them into the creative process.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A keen eye for aesthetics, detail, and visual storytelling.
