Job Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Sutherland Cairo, located in New Cairo.
- The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing high-quality customer service.
- Day-to-day tasks include handling customer calls and emails, resolving issues, maintaining accurate customer records, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Additionally, the Customer Service Representative will assist with account management and work towards maintaining positive customer relationships.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Customer Service and Customer Service Representatives roles
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Account Management
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
