Job Description
- Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
- Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
- Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
- Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
- Supervision of implementation (HVAC, Fire Fighting & Plumbing).
- Follow up with the subcontractors.
- Handing over the general contractor and then the owner’s consultant.
- Prepare MIR & IR related to work done.
- Making of a QS & AS-Built.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is a MUST.
- Experience in MEP implementation for at least 1 year is a MUST.
- Great leadership and organizational skills.
- Project management skills.
- Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
- A willingness to LEARN.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
